Service Description

Anti-Wrinkle Product is a prescription only medicine and therefore treatment is subject to a satisfactory consultation. You must allow 48 hours advance notice when booking online in order for your product to be prescribed. Smokers' lines are commonly known as the 'barcode', a series of thin vertical lines that run perpendicular to the vermilion border (the normally sharp demarcation between the lip and your adjacent normal skin). These lines occur naturally as we age and the lips start to lose their volume. They are often first noticed as lipstick 'bleeds' into these lines. Anti-Wrinkle injections are a safe, approved and non-surgical solution to many of the wrinkles and facial changes commonly associated with ageing, including smokers' lines. Anti-Wrinkle product is a temporary solution and its effects are fully reversible. Although its full benefit may not be seen for a couple of weeks after a treatment, the effects of Anti-Wrinkle product typically last for about three to four months. (Although it is very rare, as anti-wrinkle product weakens the muscles that cause lip pursing, it might be difficult to drink from a straw and some people occasionally experience difficulty pronouncing the letters P and B.)

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Less notice will result in a loss of your deposit. If you are to cancel or no-show within 24 hours of treatment, full payment is required. If you have purchased a course of treatments, but fail to attend your appointment, you will lose that missed course session. If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, this is not confirmed until you have received a response back from us. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or a cancelled appointment. If you pay for a treatment in advance e.g. a course, you will not receive a refund if you decide not to proceed with the treatment, however you will have the option to put the payment towards another treatment.
