Cancellation Policy
Policy Overview At our Japanese Head Spa Training Course, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your training. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure fairness for all participants. Cancellation Terms Cancellation Notice: More than 30 Days Before the Course Start Date: Participants who cancel more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund of the course fee. 15-30 Days Before the Course Start Date: Participants who cancel between 15 to 30 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. Less than 15 Days Before the Course Start Date: Participants who cancel less than 15 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule their training session without penalty if the request is made more than 30 days before the course start date, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule made between 15 to 30 days before the course start date will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the course fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days before the course start date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative and material costs, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly outlined during the registration process. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
